An Appeal Court in Benin has annulled the election of Delta State Governor, Dr Emmanuel Uduaghan following an appeal by guber candidate of the DPP in the 2007 election, Chief Great Ogboru.
The Appeal Court also Ordered INEC to conduct fresh elections within 90 days. Delta State Government to issue a statement on the development according to state Commissioner of Information, Mr. Oma Djebah. - The Will Nigeria
